Accell Training School Induction

The Accell Training School Induction is an online learning module that all of our new recruits complete prior to commencing the face-to-face learning module of our training school. The online component allows our recruits to completely understand their new career with Accell Animal Therapy and provides them with the knowledge base to complete the face-to-face learning module.

Once the Accell Training School Induction has commenced, our new recruits have seven (7) days to complete all the sections and complete all the quizzes. Here at Accell Animal Therapy, we are passionate about the success of all our Therapy Specialists which is why we invest the time and effort into developing a training program that offers our new recruits the opportunity to learn the induction material at their own pace prior to commencing the face-to-face learning module.

Over the next seven (7) days, you will spend your time going through several modules that will help set you up for success. It is important that you take notes and complete each of the sections. We advise you have a notepad and your training manual with you as you complete the sections, as the Accell Training School Induction will often refer to the training manual for further information.

• The Product
• Marketing
• Knowing your Numbers
• Introduction to the Counsellor Selling Process
• Introduction to the Demonstration Structure and Scripts
• Pre-Training Scripts SOI, Discovery, VBQs, Discovery Agreement, Trial and
  Power Close Questions

It is expected that each of our new recruits communicate daily with their trainer and ask lots of questions to fully understand the business.
