Morris Way Leads are made from latigo leather, due to its qualities of strength, flexibility and durability, and ability to withstand moisture.
Our leads are best cleaned with a moist sponge or towel and some soap and water. Cleaning products, solvents, polishes, oils and detergents should not be used.
Once cleaned, it is recommended to condition the latigo leather at least every six to 12 months with an appropriate conditioner or natural beeswax. This will help prevent drying and cracking by keeping the pores open and flexible.
